Simon Sinek urges us all to 'Start with Why' and as I've listened to the book and looked at how many businesses are marketing themselves, I do wonder why so many fail to take this approach:

If you can work from the inside out, really focus on the 'why' and answer it genuinely, then you're in a nice place. The 'how' and the 'what' are necessary, but should not lead. 

So, when's that last time you asked 'why'? Why does your business exist? Why does it do what it does? Why does it believe in the things it does? I'd love to discuss this with you, so please do leave a comment.
